Technical features
Accelerator TMTD rubber is used as a super vulcanization accelerator. When used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, the vulcanization speed is very fast and the scorch safety is good. The accelerator TMTD is used in combination with thiazole accelerators, and can also be used in combination with other accelerators as an accelerator for continuous sizing. Alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde amines and guanidines have an activating effect on TMTD. TMTD is used as a primary accelerator when combined with sulfur and as a secondary accelerator when combined with thiazoles. Because it slowly decomposes free sulfur above 100 ℃, it can be used as vulcanizing agent. Sulfur-free vulcanization or low-sulfur vulcanization can give vulcanizates good heat aging resistance.

Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, inner tubes, rubber shoes, cables and other industrial products.
