Technical features
pre- dispersion®HiDispersion TDEC-75 can be used in combination with thiazole, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators in EPDM and IIR to accelerate vulcanization, and a small amount of TDEC -75 can shorten vulcanization time. In addition, since a large amount of softening oil can reduce the curing rate, the TDEC-75 is particularly suitable for use in high oil-containing soft rubber compounds, such as low hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips. Processing Under normal circumstances, the powder accelerator TDEC is easy to adhere to the equipment, and it is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. But pre-dispersed®HiDispersion TDEC-75 is easy to mix ingredients. Under normal storage conditions, it will not agglomerate. Good fluidity, no dust flying, no feeding loss, easy to eat and evenly dispersed in various rubber materials, ensuring the best activity of effective component TDEC. It is recommended to add at the end of mixing.
