Technical features
Insoluble sulfur SL-150, it is mainly used as an advanced accelerator and vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry. Insoluble sulfur is mainly used in rubber products. Compared with ordinary sulfur, it has the following advantages: the rubber material does not spray frost during the storage period, there is no migration phenomenon in the adjacent rubber layer, it reduces scorching during mixing and storage, and can shorten the curing time. The characteristics of excellent adhesion between rubber and other materials are widely used in the production and manufacture of tires and other rubber composite products, such as tire carcass rubber, buffer rubber, white sidewall rubber and tire, rubber hose, tape and other rubber and skeleton material bonding rubber, can also be used for cables, rubber rollers, oil seals, rubber shoes and other rubber products, but also used in light-colored rubber products with a large amount of sulfur. Because the insoluble sulfur SL-150 can make the meridian, steel wire and rubber paste more firmly, effectively prevent the rubber spray frost, improve the heat resistance and wear resistance of the tire. Therefore, insoluble sulfur SL-150 is an essential raw material in tire production.
Application
It is widely used in the production and manufacture of tires and other rubber composite products, such as tire carcass compound, buffer compound, white sidewall compound and rubber compound bonded to skeleton materials such as tire tire, rubber hose, adhesive tape, etc., and can also be used in rubber compound of rubber products such as cables, rubber rollers, oil seals, rubber shoes, etc., as well as light-colored rubber products with large amount of sulfur.
