Technical features
ZnO is mainly used as a natural rubber, synthetic rubber vulcanization active agent (promoting additives), can also be used as a white colorant and some special synthetic rubber (such as chloroprene rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, polysulfide) vulcanizing agent, is currently the most important inorganic compounding agent in the rubber industry. ZnO is usually used in an amount of 5.0% of the raw rubber. It can not only speed up the vulcanization speed, improve the degree of vulcanization crosslinking, but also can be used as a heat-resistant rubber reinforcing agent and thermal conductivity agent, widely used in all kinds of rubber products. In addition, ZnO can also be used in EVA foam products to adjust the AC foaming temperature and foaming speed.
