Low ammonia foaming agent is a low ammonia environmental protection foaming agent, fusion has the effect of reducing the ADC decomposition temperature of the catalyst, no external supplement activator.

Technical Characteristics
Low-ammonia foaming agent is an environmentally friendly foaming agent with low ammonia, with a decomposition temperature of 155℃-175℃. It has good dispersion and compatibility in plastics, effectively improving mixing efficiency and enhancing the flowability of the rubber material, thereby reducing production energy consumption.
Products made with low-ammonia foaming agents have superior physical and mechanical properties. Compared to ordinary foaming agents, they have excellent thermal stability and low thermal shrinkage. They are stable at room temperature and can quickly foam and form under high temperature (170℃) conditions, effectively improving production efficiency.
Application
Low-ammonia foaming agents are widely used in plastic foaming products, especially suitable for the IP injection foaming process of EVA, PE, and POE, providing low-ammonia effects for products such as shoe materials, insulation materials, and sports equipment.
