Technical features
Adding a small amount of wear-resistant agent NM-95 to the plastic can greatly reduce its coefficient of friction and wear, and does not affect the mechanical properties of the product itself, the use of performance, appearance and coating and bonding properties. The main features of the wear-resistant agent NM-95 are: 1. High cost performance, small addition amount, good compatibility with the substrate, and outstanding wear resistance of the product; 2. The product is environmentally friendly and does not contain heavy metals such as lead, mercury, chromium, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and azo Substances, fully meet the EU SGS certification requirements. At the same time, this product has good thermal stability and does not produce smoke and odor during use. 3, the product basically will not affect the original mechanical properties of the product. 4. The product is a high molecular weight compound, which is very stable at high and low temperatures, and will not affect the original color of the product during use. The products made of the product are equally excellent in wear resistance, both inside and outside, and will not be reduced due to long-term storage and temperature increase. 6. The product can improve the processing performance and appearance of the product. The use of this product can significantly improve the fluidity of the material, and the surface gloss and feel of the product have been significantly improved.
