Technical features
DBPH is an excellent environment-friendly organic peroxide, which can be used as initiator of monomer polymerization, vulcanizing agent, crosslinking agent and curing agent of polymer materials. Widely used in rubber, polyolefin and other materials, the preparation of vulcanized rubber, cross-linked plastics, foam, cable insulation materials. As a rubber vulcanizing agent, it can greatly reduce the early vulcanization and prolong the storage time of the mixture. The vulcanizate has good dynamic properties, small compression set, slightly low hardness, moderate strength, good elasticity and aging resistance.
Application
As EVA, PE and other materials plastic crosslinking agent, can be prepared environmentally friendly, excellent physical and mechanical properties of the products.
