Technical features
Generally used in EVA and rubber products. Fill the share is very large, can be as high as 150 parts or more. It can be used with other reinforcing agents such as carbon black, white carbon black, clay, etc. This product is easy to disperse, not delay vulcanization, improve the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber, tear strength, wear resistance. Masterbatch CaCO3-50 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier and has no dust pollution, which is beneficial to workers' health and environmental protection. Compared with traditional powder CaCO3, the mother rubber particles are not sticky at room temperature and can be easily dispersed in rubber without weight loss. The mother rubber particles filter, have good compatibility with rubber, effectively improve mixing efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
